Bad business practice... Charged my card... No merchandise received. No response to inquiries about order... Only responded when orded cancelled Internet

I ordered several items online (totalling $129.00) with Doxy lingerie. I thought the prices were good, and I liked the return policy stated on the web. I placed my order on 9/11. I received an order confirmation, and it appeared that my items were in stock. My card was charged on 9/13. I di not hear anything else about my order, so i sent an email inquiry on 9/18. I did not receive a response, so on 9/24 I sent another email inquiring about the status of my orde. I again did not receive a response.

I decided to cancel my order on 9/28, and I finally received a response. I actually received several rather abrupt emails, stating I was committing fraud, and I would be sued because I contacted my bank. I was informed by that doxy lingerie had processed a refund. I unfortunately, can't trust this company, especially after reading all the reports filed about them. Whoever, was sending those emails to me, should not be in business. It is unfortunate because when I placed my order, I was thinking I was helping a small business... Never again. Hopefully I'll receive my $129.00 back.
