I fulfilled my 2 yr. Contract as of 05/23/07. I notified them and followed their procedures to close the account on 05/01/07. They told me it would take 30 to 60 days for the account to close.
On July 5th an additional $40.00 was drafted from my account, I was told they would not refund my money, that it would not draft again. I have been told this before. The last draft should have been on June 4th, as explained to me on June 19th. All they will tell me now is it takes 30 to 60 days for the account to close. June 29th was 60 days.
They also started shortly after signing the contract taking an additional $10.00, when I asked them what this was for they insurance on my terminal. I owned my terminal and didn't want insurance, I was told it was not an option.
