Double Dip by ripped off my account - had to close it

I ordered the information from NHES in June. I (stupidly) gave them banking information so they could draft my account. Well, they drafted by account in June and now I found out they did it again in November. Needless to say, the account has been closed so they can't do it again. It was only for $29.95 but I would gladly bring charges.
