I, too have been ripped off by JK Harris. I trusted them and thought they were a reputable company. Besides paying them the $3000 I sent them documents over and over again that they requested. Everytime I had a good person working on my case that person was transferred to another department and I started all over again. This went on for two years until my bank account was emptied due to not working with the IRS!
This company needs to be put out of business! I took them to Small Claims Court but since I am in Ohio the court said I have no recourse unless I know where they bank which I don't. The court acted like I did not know what I was talking about when I asked them about Capias.
How do you find out about the Class Action Suits? I filed a report with the South Carolina Attorney General and they told me there are 272 reports filed against them! How do they get away with this and sill be in business!
