I'm about to file in Small Claims Court and I'm looking for some answers.
I'm going to name the salesman and J K Harris, and serve the salesman in his office and JK Harris at their Registered Agent. After I win the max it's 30 days till the salesman is hauled into court. Does he get to spend some time in jail as Bubba's girlfriend—wouldn't that be nice. What if my salesman leaves J K Harris before he's served, or before the court date, or before the bench warrant? Do I name the new salesperson, the poor jerk who took over the other guy's job? Does he get the bench warrant? Can I do all this so I don't have to file a Capias in SC?
If J K Harris finally caves and says they'll pay up, what's the best way to get the money in my hands? I was thinking about having them pay the court, because I don't trust them to send out a check (and who knows if it's good).
