I have recently filed a complaint on J.K. Harris & Co. I have been surprised by the high number of reports filed on this company—and the lack of rebuttals posted from the company itself. I do not understand how this company can get away with its fraudulant business practices. I was led to believe that during the process of J.K. Harris trying to settle my tax issues that no liens or levies would be placed on my assets, and that if said liens and levies were placed, that they would deal with them as part of their service to me. This was an out and out lie.
How can this go on with client after client—and there be no legal action against this company? We should all band together and bring a class action suite against these liars.
