Please be advised that today I spoke with one of the attorney representing the class action lawsuit filed against JK Harris and Company and learned that the suit is now closed and covers those who entered contact with JK Harris before 2006. Those of us who are still seeking justice are on our own. I am not giving up until I recevie a full refund. I am appealing to God to settle this injustice.
All of us have been wronged and many of us have suffered mental and emotional anguish. I have written six letters to JK Harris and have been twice denied a refund. I The consultant who signed me up was very deceptive. Once I learned how I had been deceived, I called the IRS and resolved my tax case on my own. I then cancelled my contract with JK Harris via a detailed letter. And I have been working towards resolution since March 30.
It is my understanding from my own case and others posted here and elsewhere that the class action lawsuit is ineffective in changing the deceptive practices of JK Harris. I pray peace and goodwill for each and everyone of you.
