My wife and I did a balance transfer of 8,000.00 for 1 year at a 0% interest rate. For the first few months everything was fine. Then we get there statement saying we were late 1 day on our payment and they removed us off the special rate of 0% to a 8.99. My wife and i have never made a late payment ever. They may have posted it late, but we were not. We think that they do this randomly to other people so they can charge you with late charges and higher interest payments.
This is how they make there money. This is against the law. They should be shut down! We're contacting the state attorney generals office, the better business bureau, and whoever else we can think of, and filing a major complaint against them. CHASE is a bad risk! Don't ever do business with crooks as they'll rob you blind! The CEO Jaime Dimon should be ashamed to be running a den of thieves!
