Account Ripoff is fradulent gave them proof that it is

I am a victim of identity theft from a family member. I've done everything I could think of to clear my name (i.E., fraud alert, id theft affidavit, ftc, and contacting creditor)

Resurgent is pissing me off. I want them to close and delete the account now but they're giving me the excuse it can only be done on the 20th or 30th of the month. Is there a way to expedite this?
