Ripoff, dishonest, never get a reponse, repeatedly told wait 2-4 wks or please allow time to recive card, we will look into delays Ripoff

In Jan I ordered from this so called company. On 6 Feb they withdrew 159.95 from my checking account. I was told that I would received my secured credit card in about 3-4 wks after payment was received. When I called a spoke to a so called representative named Tiffney Pablo she informed me that it was not a credit card it was a debit card and to give it about another 2-3 wks for delivery as the card was ordered. First off I have a debit card I am trying to reestablish my credit a debit card won't do that. I was told I was purchasing a secured Mastercard via my checking account. I tried contacting this person again and can't get through when I just hold on the line for any representative no one ever picks up. I got on the site they have and for the first time today after numerous attempts at emailing customer service and trying live chat I actually talked on live chat This is what the actual chat was:

Lucious: Please allow for this time to receive your prepaid debit card. Also, you will be receiving a pin # but for security reasons it will arrive about 3 days after your prepaid card. If you dont receive your prepaid card within this time frame, please contact us. We will look into any possible delays for you.
Visitor: How much time is allowable time its been over two months since payment was received from me

As you can see she got off the chat before my answers were answered. I tried the number and ext. And again could not get through. It is a shame when so called businesses have to take advantage of people who work hard for their money with false hope and promises. I may have lost out on 159.95 possibly but they will answer for it one day.
