Was looking into a payday loan, they took money from my account without permission Ripoff

I was looking into a payday loan and they took money out of my account and caused me to have overdraft charges. I was not interested in a prepaid credit card and they took my money anyway. Will not answer the phone when I try to call them, it goes to an unanswered extension.
