This company paid my husbund's wages via direct deposit. The very same day (Only at midnight) said company reversed the payment. This caused my bank acct to bounce by $540.00 so far.
My husbund worked for them this was a pay for employment. We have tried to contact the Supervisor and so far he has elluded us. My bank acct will go more into the - when the checks I wrote for my bills hit. He was owed this money so I was not over drafting on porpose.
This company also will not allow it's employees rest breaks as permitted by law or the labor board. How this company is able to just go into ones private checking acct and withdraw this money with out anyone consulting my husbund is absurd. To cause $540.00 in fees just so far has to be some sort of theft. My car and home are also on the line now as my husbund is the only one employed I am or SSD. So now all the checks due to hit the bank to pay rent will go to cover the rest of the charges of the bounces. We have called the corperate office to no avail.
This company also does not post the mandatory rights to work in nevada statutes anywhere in the building.
Will someone anyone please help us with a solution to this.
