If you search hard and long you can find someone out there to refinance for you... If not try to make a deal with a family member to buy the house from you for a $1 and then pay them back with interest and after about a year your credit will be good enough to get another mortgage loan with someone other than homecomings, wells fargo, gmac and try to find a company that is local to your area or go through your bank or credit union...
The lawyers fees and bullshit costs that they will add will be enough to put you under. Our costs have gone from $15,000 to $83,000 and all i can do is pray to god that we will be able to hold on so i can keep my mother's house.
