This company goes by many more names than I could list, but essentially they do the same thing. They charge your account, bank or credit card, and you don't have to give them your numbers, they get it from somewhere, but I'm not sure how.
I have not even heard of these people before my bank statement came today. My boyfriend called them to cancel but they told him it would be two months before they would stop charging.
I supposedly started this "account" on March 20th. When he asked why they were charging him for these "accounts" they gave him a number of excuses including something about how some of the "accounts" were free 30 day trials. When asked why they would charge for a free trial, they said the 30 days was up. However, I got the bank statement today, April 4th. Unless they are really bad at amth, I think the free trial should end on April 20th.
They also gave the excuse that it was a 7 day trial, however 1.00 was taken from my bank account from them. They said it was an acsess fee. But it was supposed to be either a 7 day or 30 day trial right? They never once gave a valid excuse or answered my boyfriends questions with anything but (as far as we can tell) lies and little stories.
My bank is working with me and has stopped any more money from exiting my account without seeing a picture I.D. And signiture. They are also going to write to other companies and let them know what is going on to ensure that they can help other clients.
