Mr. Michael Ashburn was supposed to tune my piano. He made it sound a lot worse and also charged money for it.
I played piano for most of my life and I know what a detuned piano sounds like. I also know that it definitely sounded better before he came and did his crappy job.
My piano instructor (with multiple degrees in music and performance) also confirmed my observations about the terrible sound of this piano after his "services". Not a single octave sounds right.
He claims to have a lot of experience tuning them. He is just a poser and a fake. Don't pay him money to tune your piano.
