The latest dance is 'Keep your balance while scratching your many flea bites'. This studio is run by a cat collector who doesn't know what a flea comb is. This past summer, several students were pulled out by their parents. Parents were telling Susan, the instructor, that the students would return only if she cleaned the place up.
Between the fleas and the warped dance floor, Susan thought it best to spend a little to make a lot. She rented another studio. Now, the parents have to worry about Susan's adult daughter, who is left working unsupervised with the students. The girl is 19 and 'sowing her oats', shall we say? She and her boyfriend smoke lots of marijuana and curse like noboday's business. Not the type that good parents want their children around.
Before I get accused of slander or libel, I have known these people for almost four years. Drug use could easily be proven as could the condition of the studio and yes, Susan's own nasty house. Please do not enroll your children with this instructor. The kids do try very hard, but it's hard to learn in these kinds of conditions.
