On December 10 I purchased a baby grand piano using the internet from The Piano Superstore. I was told that it would be in my home most likely at the end of January. It has been 27 weeks and I still do not have my piano. Through this whole ordeal no one has been able to tell me where my piano is, or when I might receive it. Although they did tell me I could cancel the order, they will not give me my money back. I have been waiting over a month for a refund. Neither the manager Terry, or Russell Sellers will respond to any of my emails.
I am not a rich person, I have been playing the piano since I was 8 and purchasing this piano was to fufill a life long dream. This company has ruined that. I feel completely powerless is why im writing this. No one seems to care that I am out $5800.
