I worked for Interstate transport for 4 months. At the very beginning of November I called my dispatcher and told him that if he didnt give me more miles I was going to have to find another job and i would not be back after the first of the year. This was after I have been recieving 200.00 and 300.00 dollar checks. Well they gave me 2 good runs and thought that was all they had to do.
So when christmas vacation came i went home and started looking for a new job and when the first of the year came I did not go back just like I had told them I would then I find out from another job I had tried to get that they had put on Dac Report that they had discharged me which I do not know how they could discharge me when I had already quit I really need to hear from a lawyer if there is anyway I can get them to remove this from my Dac Report
Then I went to Us Express in Dayton, Ohio to the oreintation because when I spoke to the recruiter he said all these great things. So I figured I would go and see if it was true. I was there for 1 day and found out all kinds of things that the recruiter had never mentioned to me. Had he I would never have even gone to the oreintation. So the next morning after getting some rest I left then I put in an app. At a very good company that would have paid me excellent money. That Us Express had put on my Dac report that they had Discharged me and I want to know how they could have discharged me when I never worked for them. They never gave me an employee number. They hadnt even cleared my drug test that I know of. So how could I be employed by them. Between them and Interstate I have been turned down for 2 excellent jobs with excellent pay.
I really need some help with this problem. I havent even been driving 2 yrs yet and already I am being banned from great jobs because someone got mad because I did not want to work for them with 200. Oo / 300.00 dollar checks and another got mad because they are dishonest about what they have to offer. So I did not want to work for them. Either someone really needs to get a hand on who is able to put things on your Dac Reports. This should only be done by a third party that has no interest in the matter not someone who thinks this is a good way to get even. This is our lives these people are messing with and someone needs to get a handle on it
