The incident I am reporting is rather simple and straight to the point. I was terminated from my employer Falcon Express in April. I was hired in February which gave me four plus years of employment at Falcon Express. When new perspective employers contacted Falcon Express concerning my work history, Falcon Express then in turn told the perspective employers they had no knowledge of me ever being employed by Falcon. After obtaining a copy of my DAC report I was also made aware that Falcon Express was not even listed on the report. This information was purposely omitted from my DAC report which made it next to impossible to find new employment seeing as though without Falcon Express being included on my DAC report I now have a 4 plus year gap of employment. Also at the time of termination I was due 4 weeks of vacation pay for which I have never been paid. If there is anyone who could provide assistance with this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
