Purchased 2 cellphones from TMI Wireless with 2 rebates each, Wireless Device Rebate ($75) and a Customer Loyalty Rebate ($95), due at different times, Claims in seperate envelopes and all to include current wireless bills with narrow submission dates and to inclued copies of UPC for each phone and copy of invoice for ech phone.
Original submission was to AZ and after inqwuiry, it had been moved to MN and not showing on
www.cellphonerebates.com. Called number above and was advised by the operator to re-submit and write on envelope "New Submission". I now have 6 claim mumbers listed on www.cellphonerebates.com and have been paid for nothing.
Received a letter (01/04/06) that cell phne bill was not in one of the claims, it was originally, I re-sent it as asked on 1/7/06, when I returned home from vacation. This does not show on the website, just the manufactured error report.
Oneclaim listed as approved and one listed with error and 4 others listed as processing, still.
