We were new home buyers, went through this company and believed this guy that he could get us in the new house with no monies down, and the lowest interest rate ever. Well we bought the house in Sept. And was told by his wife the realtor that we were only responsible for taxes for the months we lived here. Now we have a bill for the whole years Taxes. At closing we went and was told you will need $2000.00, well I was like no way William told us we wouldn't have to pay anything??? Called William and he stated ok I have lowered my cost, So how does 171.00 sound, well it sounded alot better than $2000... We signed and now we find out he didnt lower his cost he deducted taxes at the time and now we owe, WE owe big time. Do not go trough this guy or his wife if you are buying in the Tulsa area. He will only hurt you in the long run
