I'mable to find any info about my rebate. They were send certfied mail with return rceit request on 04 feb and delivered on 09 feb 2. I even fax my copy on feb. After 3 weeks was still to early to confirm my faxed documentation!!!
And after another 3 weeks " We have been unable to locate your rebate submission in our system. Since it
has been over 30 days since you initially mailed your documents, we will need to assume at this time, that your documentation was unfortunately lost in the mail."
and " If you would like to resubmit your information for consideration, please send copies of all documentation, within the submission time frame outlined on your rebate redemption form. Unfortunately, submissions received after this time frame will not be honored."
Of course now is too late
