Wirefly rebate ripoff, failure to honor agreement, false claims, fraudulent Nationwide

I was denied two rebate offers from the Wirefly rebate processing center totally $300 - $150 Customer Appreciation Rebate and $150 Customer Loyalty Rebate.

I sent copies of my cell phone bill verifing my activation date and continued use of service as outlined in the agreement. I still have the service to this date so I have more than met the conditions outlined in the rebate offers. I received an email and snail mail report saying that BOTH claims were invalid for the following reason "The claim form submitted was incomplete and/or inlegible." and "The wireless bill (s) we received is invalid." Both of these claims are completely false. I made a copy of the claim forms before submitting them and can clearing see that they have been completed in full and are completely legible (I wrote in print). The bill sent was the monthly bill I received from Verizon Wireless so it was exactly what they'd asked for and in no way invalid. The bill clearly showed that all bills were paid in full and on time and that the account was active. I sent a follow-up letter to the company two months ago and have received no response. Their website now says that there are no claims with my claim numbers.

This seems very unethical. I met all the stipulations of the rebate offer. I have all the supporting documentation I need to prove that their activity and denial of my rebates is unfounded and fraudulent. I have lost $300 on this deal. This company needs to be held accountable. What recourse is available?
