I have received a response to my rebate claim for my cellular phone from Wirefly. Like many other's, it was in the form of a denial claim due to improper wireless bills being submitted.
After reviewing my copies, I still fall within the parameters of the rebate so I cannot explain this error. I plan to resubmit the claim, however, time may have run out. Wirefly.com states they will take no responsibility for the denial of claims even when in some cases (lost customer information) they are the sole cause of the denial. How convenient. There must be thousands of people in this sinking ship.
