I ordered some items and needed to return 2 of the same thing. These were two children's learning type laptops. They were priced at $17.95 ea, but I returned them BOTH in the same return box, but was only credited for one of them.
This company does not have a toll-free customer service number so I tried the e-mail route numerous times. They have never responded to any of my e-mails enquiring about this matter. I did try calling the customer service number once, but was on hold for over 20 minutes and wasn't able to wait any longer. The one item they did refund was back on Nov. 20 (it is now Dec 18th), and I first contacted them by e-mail the next week.
I know it's only $17.95, but what do I do next? Their phone number is ALWAYS busy or a very long wait.
Don't order from these people!
