ABC Distributing is a rip off!
I just placed an order, thinking i was just saving the order not placing it, and now i can't get in touch with anyone at customer service to cancel my order.
Their hours are only 9-4pm central time and they don't even have a toll free number. So i have to call them and pay for long distance and it took me over 30 minutes just to get through!
ABC Distributing is very unprofessional and they are just rip off con-artists. I have worked at smaller companies as a customer service rep and they always had a toll free number with at least 9-5 business hours.
So DON"T ever oder anything from them no matter how cheap the item looks on the catalog. They don't tell you how much shipping costs are until later after the order is placed when it is too late to cancel the order.
