I ordered the Trykke-8 from TVinventions.com after seeing the commercial on TV. Got an email to confirm the order, but never got a receipt. 30-day garantee.
I received it and didn't like it (couldn't "make it go" as commercial showed). There was no packing slip, receipt or return instructions supplied in the box. No label. There is a toll free line to place your order, but when calling customer service, it is long distance (my dime). A recording said my wait time would be 30 minutes!
I hung up and called the order line to get a person. They told me that # (customer service) is no longer used. Gave me ANOTHER long distance #. They said just write on the box and send it back. I sent it back as instructed, and have not heard anything and my credit card has not been credited. I have absolutely nothing to show that I ever even HAD the thing, and nothing to show it was sent back.
When I called back many days later (ordered on 9-30 and its now 10-27) they still have no answer for me as to when I can expect to know, and told me to "wait another 10-15 days and call back. Another long distance call for ME to pay for, and another person telling me they don't have it or credited it back yet.
I even spent an extra $10 in shipping, as they told me when I ordered it it would take 6 weeks to get it! So, if it takes 6 weeks to get it, why does another $10 make it get there in what would normally be a regular shipment time?
The woman I DID talk to when I called to try to find out what was going on was very rude to me. So, it is my job to call every 10-15 days to find out why they haven't credited me back my money, and I get to pay for the phone call too?! How many times do I have to do that before finding out they just are not going to give me back my money?
