Mine is simple - I made a mistake and ordered from their website.
I just don't want others to make the same mistake (their phone was always busy back in Sept and still remains busy).
You never really know if the items are in-stock and forget about contacting customer service.
Their email form says allow 7 days for a response.
I have tried to call numerous times throughout the day and it's always busy.
We ordered a Christmas present and received the wrong item, we returned and for over a month - their site says ready to ship the correct item.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM LAKESIDE COLLECTION (it's not worth the hassle).
