Submited rebates on two razor cell phones I have only recieved one rebate back and the other they are given me a run around rebate was called the customer loyalty rebate which was super complicated to fill out also

I purchased two motorola razr v3 cell phones with a 2 year contract from tigerdirec.com. I was supost to get a 300.00 rebate back after 6 months of service. 150.00 for each phone. I sent in seprate rebate forms as requested. I received one rebate for 150.00 and not the other i have checked the staus at cellphonerebates.com and also called the 1-866-800-4303, and also 1866-607-9877 several times with no luck of getting anything sovled. I need your help. I have any information needed
