I got hooked on this channel because of their "you set the price" auction spiel and the occasional Free Ring they auction (This will always be a low appraisal item, the clock will start for 45 seconds while Heather blathers away and Presto! Someone "Won" the item.)
The biggest RIP OFF is their on-air statements they you can always return the item if you do not like it and you have 30 days to check it out.
This is NOT TRUE. When the item comes, it will arrive with an invoice that states, "Terms of Sale" 30 day return policy. Merchandise must be returned in original condition. Altered, damaged or switched merchandise will not be accepted. For all returns, please include a copy of the invoice with your returned item to avoid delay of your refund. Return for EXCHANGE or IN_HOUSE credit is 100% refundable, the credit is available to use for 6 months from the original date of purchase. Return for CASH refund is subject to 25% RETURN FEE and is made 30 days from the date the product is received AND APPROVED BY US.

CAUTION: I took my Iolite and yellow sapphire ring to my jeweler and asked what it would cost to replicate it as Heather suggests. He said about $299 - almost what I paid for it.
The ring did NOT look like it did on TV. The stone they showed was a beautiful blue, this stone is pale purple and the sapphires are not nearly as yellow.
I bid on 2 more items which I am not paying for! It is also odd that of the more than 25 calls I have made to them during the show I always get Aaron, the same operator. What a coincidence?
