I purchased two items from EMH GROUP, LLC totaling 67.91 including the shipping and insurance. This did not include my cost to ship them insured back to the company which I did and have the receipts to prove it. I even sent them delivery insured confirmation.
I waited several days and called about the delivery confirmation and was given a date of August 16 at 11:54am that they had received the items that I returned to them.
I have sent several e-mails to customer service asking them to let me know how they were going to refund my money that I have paid them for the diamond earrings and when they were going to replace the damaged amythyst and pearl earrings that I had aslo returned to them. I have yet to receive a reply from them.
I also paid for another purchase from them for a garnet and diamond ring totaling 32.72 including shipping and insurance and I have not received a confirmation of the money that I paid for that item either.
I feel that I should receive a full refund of all money paid for these three items and also a refund of the money that I paid to return the two items.
