Needles to say my wife and I's nightmares started when we signed a Mortgage Loan with Chase Bank (AKA) Citibank. Our payments started 4/8/03 for $776.16 a month for a twenty year period. My wife and I are on Disabled Social Security, so there isn't a lot of extra money just lying around for spending. Most of our money goes out for medication and food each month. WE missed a months payment every now and then, but we always caught up with our payments. We had a call from our Home Owners Insurance Company saying we have to drop coverage on our home. I was very pissed off when the agent told me that we had to drop the insurance because Chase was foreclosing on us because we are "deadbeats". I told my Home Owners Insurance that we weren't behind on any payments, and they dropped us anyway.
Chase Bank put us on their type of insurance to protect their interest on their home and not what we had in our home. The insurace cost $266.00 dollars a month. I would call this "Loan Shark" insurance and this slander a damn lie.
By all means this doesn't stop here, our nightmare continues. A letter came to us in May stating we were behind on our mortgage payments. The stated we need to send them $2456.04 to be caught up with our payments.
My wife and I both on the phone asked them why they needed this amount of money and what for. We both got a lot of bullshit, and when we raised our voices they would just hang up. We tried to reason with them, but we got the same song and dance everytime. We didn't know how we were going to get the money to pay them so we could keep our home. We had to borrow the money to pay for the bill. This was makin my wife and I's health problems even worse.
In the month of July Chase Bank then wanted $1042.16 and needless to say we were devastated. We called them again and they wouldn't talk to us. We paid what they wanted but had to sacrifice dearly doing so. You have NO IDEA how hard this was. We didn't want to lose our home.in August we continued making our $776.16 payments not hearing from them for months.
The nightmare continues in November. We recieved a letter from Chase. They wanted $3082.62 more. Remember what we paid back in June and July was supposed to have caught us up. The horror story continues to get worse.
These assholes and corrupt people wanted thousands of dollars more over the $776.16 and totally refusing to give us a reason. They absolutely refused to to talk to us.
Remember the June payment of $2456.04 when they told us it would catch us up. Why did the following months get worse? We were turned over to Faulty and Faulty, LLP Attorneys at Law Indianapolis Indiana. They told us in the mail that we were behind in payments of Septemeber through November which is a total lie. We have all the proof and receipts of payments for all those months.
The December payment that we sent to them by Western Union, and then returned to us not because they didn't accept anymore payments from us. We asked for our payment history to show us all payments and any delinquent accounts which was sent to us. The payment history had no mention of the thousands of dollars they said we owed them. This is bullshit all the way!
We sent photo copies of all the payments from June through December to Faulty and Faulty Attorneys. They didn't respond. We later received notice of a Sheriff's sale from the Wabash County Sheriff's Dept. Dating May 17.
My wife and I asked for help from four seperate attorneys and the Circuit Court Judge of Wabash County. We showed all them proof of payments and we got no help from any of them.
We later took all papers and proof to a former Wabash County Judge. He is now an attorney at his own private practice. He told us it looked like fraud. Guess what we strike out again because he stated it would take to much of his time to help us at $180.00 per hour. Otherwise he is telling us we didn't have enough money to fight the case. If we had a lot of money to slap down if front of him he would take the case in a heartbeat.
I agree with former Supreme Court Justice Warren Burger, that "75% to 85% of all attorneys are corrupt."
We lost our beautiful home of 27 years to fraudulant and crooked people. The papers from Faulty and Faulty were corrupt and full of lies too. How the hell are these mortgage companies and corrupt attorneys getting away with this?
If there is any attorneys out there that has the "balls" to fight the "Big Boys", my wife and I would like to hear from you. Remember that we are just little "piss ants" out there among many others that are getting stepped on.

Through all the corruption that Chase Bank has put us through by calling our note of $83000.00 they forced us into chapter 7 bankruptcy and stoled our home. I hope someone out there knows how hurtfull it was to us to even write this letter. More horror and nightmares to come on how Capital One Auto Finance repoed our car and a slip and fall accident my wife had in a gas and convinence store. She had over $325,000 in surgery bills. She almost lost her life after 3 surgeries. All lawyers drop her when it comes to getting the live tape of her falling in the store. I believe it was a payoff under the table to the corrupt attorneys and that is why they dropped her.
How people could be sent through so much hell in a short period of time. Our youngest son had to see and live this hell with us. Watch for updates on all of these stories.
