My name is moraice moore, i applied for a home loan with chase i was told that chase was offering home loans for 1st time home owners with no credit, i gave chase all the information they needed, i found a home, i put 10% down to the realtor toward the escrow i paid chase for the appraisal, i was then told that i needed 1 more criteria 12 months of payments that i pay for every month. I gave them my car insurance, and my medical insurance, i pay for out of my checking account, and from my social security retirement check that i have deposited into my chase account every month, i was told because i have auto-pay for my insurance they can not use them, i told chase that i am disabled and for me auto-pay is better for me, because sometimes i can not walk into the bank stand in line take my money out of my account go to post office and buy a money order and then mail in my payment every month. So auto-pay is better for me, chase then denied me for the home loan because of that, i have never been late on my bills paying them this way, i have money in my checking and my savings account, i am a responsible and reliable person and i do not think it is fair that i was denied the home loan because i am disable and that i use auto-pay to pay my bills!
