I used my debit card to purchase a product online and was later reviewing my online bank statement and found this unusual transaction listed for 9.95.
I called my bank and was told that I would need to contact the company that had taken the AUTOPAYMENT from my account and try to settle the dispute with them first.
I called the 800 number that I was able to locate on the internet (as no information came through my bank with this autopayment) and found that this company REFUSES to repay me because they have PROOF I asked for an autopayment to be established. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT SERVICE THIS COMPANY PROVIDES, WHO THEY ARE OR WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!
I just want my money bank.
I feel as though this is as bad as IDENTITY THEFT! My card number was used without my permission or knowlege!
I want my refund!
Beware all who find this on their bank statements... This could very well be another case of WLI*SHOPPERDISCOUN attempting to get all your money!
