I signed up for a one-month trial Gold Membership with Shadow Shopper. I was charged $99.99 for a year's membership, with no notification. When I called the number on my bank statement, there is an auto answering machine that forwards you back to the web site for questions.in other words, there is no live customer service. It just tells you that your concern will be answered within 24 hours of email submittal.
I have, so far, submitted 5 seperate emails on different days at different time of day. I merely wanted to downgrade to a Silver membership which is $29.99 for a year and have the difference refunded. I have not received a single reply back, so now I want to cancel my membership and don't know how because no one will call me or email me back!!!
