In December i posted this problem with wounderfulbuys.com on here so now am up-date with this company wounderfulbuys.com back in Decamber 2005 with cancelling an order 3 times yet it was still sent out and charged to my account.
I reported to usacomplaints.com, my bank and BBB. My bank credited my account while investigating which i thought wounderfulbuys had put the money back. Here it is May my account was yet charged the same amount for a product that was cancled but sent out anyway then returned so here it is 6 months later it's happening again only this being put through more changes of repeating the story with numerous folks from supervisors to manager and shawn wilson, suebe and a manager was included. Anyway now the manager ask for my credit card information which i didnot give him and asked him to repeat what he had ect... He then said let me check on this only to come back with oh the product was never returned to our shipping department from FeEx so we are unalbe to return your money until we get the product back when it was ind dead picked up from my home and the office called to inform them of this now i am going through it yet again with this company. If there is any way you can post that this company is a rip off where others can read and if there is any other place you can tell me off i will post it. Thanks a bunch.
