Sometime back in Feb. 2006 I ordered a free trial of LeanLife PM. I received the product. Only having to pay shipping and handling.
One April 10 I was notified by my bank that my account was overdrawn and that my account was being charged $75.00 for fees.
After going to the bank I found out that Burnfat 2 had charged my debit card $99.90.
I went home and called the number the bank gave me for this company. I was talking to a woman named "Don". When I asked to speak to a manager about this she kept putting me on hold telling me that all the managers were on other lines. This argueing went on for about 20 mins I have the name as "Andy Stevenson" who is the manager of this outfit.
I was told that I would be refunded within 4 to 5 business days.
Why are these people allowed to just go in and take peoples money. I am a single mom out on workers comp since Dec and I am trying to keep my house on a very little amount of income.
