I have had a problem with your company from day 1 November 29.
I ordered 3 items, 2 were not in stock (brew station & hole in one golf) and the 1 that was (bible challenge) was supposed to had been shipped 2 weeks ago an I have yet to receive anything from you at this time.
I called to cancel the 2 items on 11/31/05 that was not in stock and for it to be taken off my account, which did in fact happen, BUT it was in fact charged again on 12/2/05 for the item's that has already been canceled not once but twice now. I called for the 3rd time 0 12/7/05 to be told that the bible challenge had been shipped and the others canceled and the money would be put back into my account.
On 12/8/05 I check my account to find that you had in fact charged my account again for a canceled brew station in the amount of $64.38. I called right away to enquire why this has happened yet again and told it would be put right back into my account and then to call back tomorrow.
I called back today to check with you and I have been calling all morning for the paste 6 hours now only to get a ring tone for a while then going straight to a busy signal (1-800-829-1245)
After the third time of having trouble with your company I have now notified my bank to investigate what is a fraudulent withdrawal of money from my account from your company wounderfulbuys that was not authorized for you to take out $64.38. I am also filing a report with the better business bureau and whom ever else I can so that it won't happen to me or anyone else in the future.
Now yesterday 12/13/05 I received a call stating that the brew station has been shipped and again I had had it with this crap and cursed out the person on the phone yelling at this point it had been canceled for the fourth dumb time now and not a dumb thing should be shipped and on the way to me for nothing
The only thing I should receive but have not received was the bible challenge that was charged to my account and money taken out already.
After all this what tops it is that I received a call at 6:30am one more dumb time with a person telling me they have a tracking number for my order and will be delivered by Dec 20th. I stated I did not want it and why one more time was it sent out.
I then called FedEx and explained to them not to deliver any package from you to my home because it will not be signed for and refused. I will not touch or accept any package sent from you to me. I just want back my money and farewell to you forever and a day.
Brew station & hole in one had been canceled 3 times. I will never do business with this company again and will do my best to spread the word to everyone I know and post it that this is a fraud company who do not do right.
I am doing everything I can to help this not happen to another person at least someone I know, I am plastering this all over town, telling everyone I know, posting it on line, reporting it to the better business bureau, my bank for investigation and anything and everyone I can think of to stay the * away from wonderful buys.
