My wife received a call stating that we qualify for a grant of $12,000.00 and all they needed was my checking acct number. Well my wife gave it to them before contacting me. Well it cost $59.95 which was taken from the checking acct. The sales representative, Mike Foster, stated that we will have $12,000.00 dollars deposited into our acct on the following Monday, in about five days, which was definitely a falsehood. I mad some phone to the company and got a runaround saying that we must send in a request form for the grant. To this date we have never received the package. I call and talked to a customer service rep, named Kris ID number 1204, on 10 April and she stated that do to a backlog we should receive our package in about 2 weeks... Never happened.
I made another call on 22 May and talked to another customer service rep, Eric ID number 1133, and he could not explain to me why I haven't received my package. He also stated that he is not responsible for what the sales rep. Says and he would check on the lateness of our package.
At that time I told him that his company is scamming people and stated that the company is a large and reputable company.
I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said that he is on another line and could not talk to me. I don't believe that either.
Beware of this company they are a scam.
