An unauthorized charge appeared on my phone bill on May 22 from American Premium Warehouse. The phone number given on the bill was for the billing firm of Integrel.
On a call to that 800 number, I was directed to the 800 number of American Premium warehouse. I was disconnected three times before I reached an employee who stated that I had ordered the voicemail service on line.
I had definately not ordered this service. I was told that the amount would be removed in 1 to 2 billing cycles and was given a confirmation number.
