Got a call from this company in June. Said they were a grant company and could get you a grant of no less than $5000. They ask for your visa card number or checking account number, and have you agree to a recording for them to debit your account. They tell you that you will receive a cash coupon in the mail for $500. To cover the costs of the service.
They debited my account for 289.00 after I told them not to. They said they would wait for my go ahead to debit my account because I told them that I did not have that money in there for them to take out.
They did not wait for my go ahead they debited my account and I bounced. When I received "the package" it did not contain what it was supposed to. It did not have a cash coupon in it, it did not have the questioneer needed to send back to them, it did not contain anything that they said it would.
They also told me that I would receive the package in two weeks after my account was debited. My account was debited in July I did not receive the incomplete package until September 27.
After I received the package and tried to get a hold of this company it took me almost two months for me continually calling the company, with them not answering the voicemails that I left for them to call me back.
When I finally got someone to answor instead of being redirected to a voicemail prompt, they told me that they no longer do the grants, now they do shopping cards,
I asked for a refund, and they told me that their supervisor had to fill out an application for this request and they would be contacting me the next day.
They never did, it took me another couple of months to actually be able to talk to a person at this company again, leaving numerous voice messages and not being called back.
When I did finally talk to someone, they told me that the woman I talked to had been terminated, but it sounded like the same person to me. Again I was told that her supervisor would contact me the next day.
Again the same senario, I got a hold of someone on april 5, and sounded exactly like the first two ladies I talked to telling me again the second person I talked to had been terminated.
I again asked to talk to a supervisor, and she said that there was not one available. She told me that her supervisor tried to call me. I have no record of this there were no missed calls on my phone nor were any voicemails left and I told her this. She said that someone would contact me the next day and hung up on me.
I am still waiting for that call and have called them only to be prompted to the voicemail again. I have left messages and no one has contacted me back At this point I have had enough. Would someone please help me
