Ripoff, fraud, they did it twice to to me know thieves you can't charge someone account without there permission Internet

This is second time my account has been charged 19.05 I contacted my bank and they stated it was from dishnetwork for? After the second 19.05 I began again trying to find out was is going on dishnetwork sent an e-mail stating it was form a marketing guru/elephant group phone at 1-866-9008 but hte line is aloways busy. I want my money back and I want to know why my card information was given to these people. I will be contacting my attorney and be filling a suit
