I tried for almost 4 months to use the software. I very rarely worked but at first support seemed to work with me. After about 2 months my calls were not always returned and I had to keep after them. Finally I gave up and sent their software back and asked for a refund because they did not tell us that the software does not function properly when paper trading. How else are you supposed to learn? Use real money to get the software to work?
They will not give me my money back. They said it was past the warranty period. The person I talked to, Brandon Galler, at 888-304-8881 ext 22346 would not give me his supervisor. He said he did not have one. What a great job. No boss! Anyway he refused on two occasions to give me a refund.
I told him I will go to their seminars and tell people how the software does not work. He told me I would not get into a seminar. I don't need to. When people are leaving I am going to give them information and direct them to websites so they can save their time and money. I am going to sign up for 1 day seminars and do the same. I can get into these seminars because at this point, I apparently own the software and I can attend classes. They may withhold my refund, but they will lose a lot more by not giving me my refund.
