I purchased webClassifieds on 4/13/09 which I could never get to work.
The software was a comedy of errors: At first the payment function would not work. Then when going through payment screens if you hit a back button it would double your amount. Payments would not go through to the banks properly.
We even had some features that didn't work and when they were shown to WebScribble they simply commented out the features and said that they were never promised to work but just good ideas they put on the page. All in all I spent about 9 months on their software and it never did work
I contacted the other websites that WebScribble listed that were shining examples of their software: SellYourTractor.com, LiveList. TV, and others. All of them replied to me that they had spent large amounts on WebClassifieds and it never did work properly so they dumped the software. All of them would be interested in a Class action suite! They had all lost thousands of dollars trying to get this software to work but could not.
When I took the complaint to BBB WebScribble changed their website to say their software is "AS IS" so if it does not work that was to bad. I requested my money back and WebScribble refused.
After 9 months of useless runaround I went to a reputable company: MarketGrabber and their software worked the instant I put it up!
All in all WebScribbles help is a joke and the software never worked. Buyer beware!
