I bought the software in october after attending one of the seminars. I returned the software and was supposed to get issued a refund in a "few weeks". After a few months of the same answer they sent me the software and said i could use it for free until my refund came. The refund still didnt come and ive got the answer "a few weeks" for a year now.
Finally a week ago, i was told my refund check would be at my house on october 18th and if it didnt arrive to call and it would be overnighted. When i called, i was told that that was never said and that i would recieve my refund before the year was out. Today i looked up the company and saw a lot of the same complaints that i have.
I just want my refund.
