I am so sick of this company. They are rude and dishonest. They have made no effort what so ever to have any type of customer service. I wrote them a letter telling them that I can no longer speak with their customer service because they are rude and none of them speak or understand English and they tell me to contact their customer service and that is literally all that the letter says that they sent back to me. I have tried to contact them by phone however, the number that was given to me is disconnected. They are saying that I owe them an ungodly amount of money when in all actuality, I owe them nothing. My cell phone NEVER worked from day one and the main question I asked before I purchased the service is "do you have service throughout the metro Atlanta area?" The told me yes and then I signed a 2 year contract and since may I have been in an ongoing battle with them because I have never had service on the phone yet they continued to charge me a monthly bill through October of this year. When I refused to pay that (due to the fact that they were unwilling to work with me on what to do about their extremely poor service) they reported me to a collection agency who has less sense than they do. The collection agency calls my house 5 or more times a night and each time they call, they threaten me or curse at me or hang up on me when I do not tell them what they want to hear. They also continously call my house on the weekends includind Sundays which I have asked them on several occasions not to. I received a letter in the mail stating that they would give me $50 for my phone if I mailed it in the envelope that they sent me so I did and now they tell me they have no record of this and that I need to go to a Sprint store to get this straightened out. I am honestly sick of the run around. I cannot not believe that a crappy company like Sprint and a crappy company like Nextel thought that it would be great to merge! Now you just have a whole lot of ignorant, immoral lyers working for one company. Great plan!
