I have been having an increasing amount of drop calls from Sprint since the end of last year. Now, it is to the point I cannot even hold a call for longer than 30 seconds without the call dropping in my work area. I have spoken with a supervisor who has provided me incorrect information and was very rude. I have spoken wit several customer service representatives with have said they would call me back and never did and stated they would follow up on the issue and never did. My calls have been dropped by sprint and no one has called me back. I really dislike the service I have been receiving from sprint and I am currently looking at alternative options such as AT&T and going back to Verizon Wireless.
