I recieved a collection notice from sprint today. About a 90$ bill that was supposed to have been waived 4 months ago. I was never informed of this bill and now have a collection agency contacting. After a terrible unsuccesful call to sprint they are telling me that i have to send my old phone whicn i paid 250.00$ for just to recieve a 90$ credit. All this after 10 years of service with sprint. It baffles me how poor their customer service is
