I won a spint cell phone on line when I got it in the mail I opened the letter and they were trying to charge me for the service which I didn't sign up for so I contacted Sprint talked to a man in customer service he ask for my area code I gave it to him he stated that I was not in the service area and he would send me the package to have the phone mailed back which I did that has been several months and each month I have recieved a bill and have called them every time about it and they have done nothing now I got a letter from a collection agency onit wanting 250.00 from me the bill they were trying to charge me for was 93.51 now this is a scam so why should I pay for something I never used and sent back right away with the understanding that it was all taken care of I am getting sick of the harrassement and now it is going on my credit this company is a fraud cna you please help me I live on 622.00 a month I am on disability.
