I signed up for cic triple advantage around two years ago. I have called customer care around twenty times and sent them multiple letters trying to cancel my membership. After all that they still won't allow me to cancel, They just won't let you!!! So after that I canceled my credit card that I had ordered my cic triple advantage membership with, hoping that would end this nightmare. The next month I recived a new bill for my old card that I had canceld.
I could not belive it I was once again billed for cic triple advantage. So I called customer service, {for my credit card that I had charged for my membership with cic triple advantage} to find out why I was charged. They informed me that the only way to actually close my credit card was to close or transfer any reocuring bills that are charged to that card. So in other words cic triple advantage is a scam and they are a very dishonest company. They forget to inform you that its a life time membership!!!
